Our Vision
We envision an Africa where people have access to the knowledge, skills, relationships, and opportunities they need to participate meaningfully in their communities and shape their futures. We envision a continent where:

- Community organizers can learn from movements across borders.

Our Approach
Learning by Doing and Learning From One Another
We combine formal education with practical experience. Our learning model brings together expert knowledge, lived experience, peer learning, mentorship, reflection, research, practical projects, and community experience.
